Restaurant Emile

Opened in the 40s, Restaurant Emile started as a guesthouse which became in the 60s one of the icons in the Toulouse gastronomy scene.
The reputation of its cassoulet became so well known that alone, it justifies a visit.

Today, Luc Thibault and Christophe Fasan maintain this tradition through regional and more eclectic cuisine .
Housed in a typical local brick building in the heart of the city Toulouse, Restaurant  Emile awaits to welcome you .

Place Saint-Georges

Located in the heart of the “ville rose”, near Place du Capitole, Place Saint-Georges is a popular venue having kept its appearance and village ambience. Lively at the slightest ray of sunshine, it is a square where people gather with family and friends.
